Unbox Your Sign

Carefully remove the LED sign and all accessories from the box. You should have the LED panel, power supply, control box, mounting brackets/hardware, and cables. Keep the packaging in case you need to return or store the sign.

Choose a Location

Select a clean, dry location for your sign. For window signs, choose a storefront window that faces street traffic. For outdoor signs, select a location that is visible, secure, and near a power outlet. Ensure the surface is clean and level before mounting.

Mount the Sign

Attach the mounting brackets to the back of the sign using the provided screws. For window mounting, use the included suction cups or adhesive brackets. For wall mounting, mark your drill points, install wall anchors, and secure the brackets. Make sure the sign is level before tightening all screws.

Connect the Power

Plug the power supply into the control box, then connect the control box to the LED panel using the provided data cable. Plug the power supply into a standard wall outlet. The sign should light up briefly as it powers on.

Install the App

Download the LED sign control app on your smartphone (available for iOS and Android). Search for your sign via Bluetooth or WiFi connection in the app. Pair your phone with the sign — your default password is provided in the manual.

Program Your Message

Use the app to type your message, choose colors, set animations, and schedule display times. You can create multiple messages and switch between them. Save your settings and your sign will begin displaying your content immediately.
